Shipping policy

We ship to all regions of Australia and New Zealand, including urban and rural addresses. A flat-rate shipping fee of $5 applies to all addresses.

Shipping typically takes between 2–5 business days within Australia and 6–10 business days to New Zealand, including order processing time.

Please allow an additional 1–2 days for delivery to rural addresses.

Due to a high volume of orders, shipments to Australia and New Zealand during the holiday season may be delayed by up to 2 days.
